Beautifully Bonded Extensions offers premium hair extensions and related products, including K-Tips, I-Tips, bundles, and other extension products. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

2. PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, hair color, texture, wave pattern, and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of hair. Minor variations are not considered defects.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Full payment is required at checkout unless another payment option is specifically offered. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or other reasonable circumstances.

4. SHIPPING & PICKUP
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Beautifully Bonded Extensions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided by the customer.

When local pickup is offered, customers must follow the pickup instructions provided with their order. Pickup availability does not mean an order is immediately ready; customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered, colored, washed, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any request concerning an unopened and unused product must be made in accordance with the return/refund policy provided by Beautifully Bonded Extensions. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Please inspect your order promptly after receiving it and contact us as soon as possible if you believe you received an incorrect or defective item.

6. HAIR CARE & INSTALLATION
Results and longevity may vary depending on installation, maintenance, products used, lifestyle, and individual hair-care practices. Professional installation and proper maintenance are strongly recommended. Beautifully Bonded Extensions is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, removal, coloring, chemical processing, maintenance, or misuse of the product.

7. PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other errors appearing on our website.

8. GIFT CARDS
Digital gift cards may be purchased through our authorized gift-card provider and are subject to any additional terms presented at purchase. Gift cards have no cash value except where required by law and are not redeemable for cash unless required by applicable law.
